Seguimos percibiendo detalles, conexiones y posibilidades.

<picture></picture>

<g></g><polyline points="15 3 21 3 21 9"></polyline><polyline points="9 21 3 21 3 15"></polyline><line x1="21" x2="14" y1="3" y2="10"></line><line x1="3" x2="10" y1="21" y2="14"></line>

Procrastination?

What Happens While You Wait?

Azul

We live in a culture that treats procrastination as a flaw. Attention narrows. What is irrelevant starts to fall away. Resources that once seemed scattered begin to organize themselves around a specific need.

And then, action comes. Not always gradually. Sometimes, all at once.

The sentence we couldn’t find suddenly arrives.
The solution becomes obvious.
The decision no longer requires more analysis.

This isn’t laziness. It is a way of relating to limits.

A limit can create fear. But it can also create clarity.

A deadline gathers energy that was previously spread across too many possibilities.

It tells the mind:

Now.

And in that moment, everything that has been accumulating can become action.

Creative potential becomes applied creativity.

This is why starting earlier doesn’t always mean working better.

Some people try to stay ahead of every deadline because they want to avoid pressure altogether. But when we begin too early, we may not yet have access to everything that will become available later.

Some information is still missing.
Some experience hasn’t happened yet.
The context is still changing.
Our understanding is still maturing.

Sometimes, the situation itself isn’t ready. Waiting can give us access to resources that only emerge closer to the moment when action is required.

So the real question isn’t how much time has passed. The real question is what is happening during that time.

Is the task still alive in our awareness? Are we observing? Are we gathering pieces? Can we sense that something is organizing itself beneath the surface?

Or are we simply trying to get away from it?

That is the difference.

Procrastinating with awareness keeps us in relationship with the task. Avoidance breaks that relationship.

One gathers potential.
The other gathers stress.

One moves toward action.
The other keeps postponing the encounter.

And there is another part of this.

To move toward a deadline without feeling threatened by it, we need a certain degree of inner stability. When the nervous system is overwhelmed by stress, a deadline can feel like danger.

We panic. We lose clarity. We freeze, or we do anything we can to make the tension disappear.

But when there is more stability, we can approach the edge without becoming disorganized. We can feel the pressure increasing without being consumed by it. We can let it sharpen our attention. And we can use it.

That is very different from living under chronic stress.

This isn’t about leaving everything until the last possible moment and then surviving the chaos. It is about developing the capacity to remain relaxed and alert while the moment ripens.

Relaxed, but not disconnected.
Alert, but not anxious.
Waiting, but not avoiding.

Then the deadline stops being an enemy. It becomes an organizing force.

It gathers what was scattered.
It removes what is unnecessary.
It reveals what actually matters.

And it helps us recognize what needs to happen, and in what order.

Then we act when the action has the greatest force.

So perhaps the question isn’t:

Why do I procrastinate?

Perhaps a better question is:

Am I giving creative potential time to mature, or am I avoiding what I need to face?

One feels alive.
The other feels heavy.

One keeps the task close.
The other tries to make it disappear.

One builds toward a release of creativity.
The other builds toward more stress.

Not every delay is a problem. Sometimes, delay is the space in which the right action is preparing itself.

So the question isn’t simply whether you are procrastinating. And it isn’t only why.

The more interesting question is:

What is happening while you wait?

What is happening while you procrastinate?

And nothing is never the answer.

comienza a decir:

The past is for reference, not residence. It occurs when something very intense, dominant, or overwhelming, whether positive or negative, is given so much importance that it becomes central and defining of who we believe we are. Instead of adapting to the experience, we react to it, and the event becomes a powerful pivot point in consciousness.

A saṃskara is a lasting impression, a kind of scar in consciousness. Just as a physical scar results from an injury or shock to the body, a saṃskara is formed by an experience that overwhelms our ability to integrate it. The English word scar is etymologically derived from saṃskara.

From the Vedic perspective, the issue is not the event itself but the mistaken identity it produces. When a person defines who they are based on what they did, what was done to them, or what happened to them—“I am a victim,” “I am a winner,” “I am this or that”—a relative event is being used to define the Self. In the Vedic worldview, this is a fundamental error.

True identity is not based on experiences, achievements, or preferences. We are the unbounded field of Universal Consciousness having a human experience. When lived events are used to construct a personal identity, those events become saṃskaras.

Saṃskaras tend to attract other saṃskaras, like attracts like. They accumulate as debris in the ego structure, and just as consciousness is organized, the body reflects that organization. According to the Veda, yesterday’s mind prints out as today’s body, and today’s mind is printing out tomorrow’s body. Consciousness is the software; the body is the hardware produced by it.

A smriti is the illuminated counterpart of a saṃskara. It does not deny or minimize what happened; rather, it places the event in context. The experience is no longer identity-defining and instead becomes a point of learning and growth. The memory remains, but it no longer carries psychological weight.

From Saṃskara to Smriti:

The transformation from saṃskara to smriti is not about erasing the memory or changing the past. What changes is our relationship to the experience. As our sense of Self expands beyond the boundaries created by past events, the identification attached to the memory begins to dissolve. What once felt like “this is who I am” becomes simply “this is something that happened.”

The event remains available to memory, but it is no longer used by the ego as evidence of identity. The experience moves from identification to integration. Its informational value remains, while its power to define the Self falls away. In this sense, the saṃskara does not disappear; it becomes illuminated as smriti—a memory held in the context of a much larger Self.

Through the practice of Vedic Meditation, the mind settles into progressively less excited states until it transcends thought and experiences the unbounded field of consciousness. With regular, repeated practice, this vast awareness gently imprints itself on the ego structure. As a result, narrow boundaries that are incompatible with unboundedness are spontaneously released, without effort or intellectual analysis.

When a saṃskara is transformed into a smriti, the experience no longer produces suffering. It can be remembered, but it no longer defines who we are. It becomes part of an integrated narrative through which one recognizes oneself beyond events, as unbounded consciousness living a human life.

No desarrollamos sentidos nuevos.

Soma The Greeks adopted it to refer to the body.

But Soma is far more than that.

In this context, we’ll look at Soma through the lens of attention.

Whenever something calls our attention, something within us begins to move. We become present. We enter into relationship with whatever is before us.

But what exactly is attention?

From the Vedic perspective, attention is not simply a function of the mind. It is the way consciousness enters into relationship with the world.

Consciousness can remain within itself: serene, self-contained, and self-referral. This is the state we experience when we transcend during Vedic Meditation. Consciousness rests in its own nature, without moving toward any thought, sensation, or object. In that state, attention has not yet manifested. It remains as pure potential.

But consciousness can also move.

And when it does, when it turns toward a person, an idea, a sound, a landscape, or any experience, attention is what sets consciousness into flow.

This is one of the ways the Vedic tradition calls Soma.

If attention is the way consciousness enters into relationship with the world, it is also the way we enter into relationship with one another.

Every conversation, every book we read, every landscape we contemplate, and every problem we try to solve involves an exchange of attention.

An exchange of Soma.

But not all attention has the same quality.

We can look without truly seeing.

We can listen without understanding.

We can read an entire page only to realize, moments later, that we cannot remember a single idea.

The difference is not in the eyes or the ears.

It lies in the quality of the Soma through which we perceive.

The Vedic tradition teaches that Soma can become more refined. And as it does, our perception becomes more refined as well.

We do not develop new senses.

The very same senses begin to function with greater clarity.

When the nervous system is burdened by stress, a significant part of our capacity to perceive is occupied with sustaining that stress. Attention becomes scattered. Perception becomes fragmented. We respond more from habit than from intelligence.

As stress dissolves, the senses recover their natural functioning. We begin to notice details that once escaped us. We perceive relationships more easily. Our attention remains steady for longer, and our responses become naturally more accurate.

Reality itself does not change.

What changes is the quality of our relationship with it.

And that leads to an inevitable question.

What happens when someone is constantly trying to get our attention?

Soma Bandits
<div other people’s attention a habit.

Not necessarily consciously.

The truth is, we have all been Soma Bandits at some point. Whenever we seek attention for its own sake, rather than allowing it to serve learning, creation, understanding, or growth, we begin living from the Soma of others instead of cultivating our own.

Sometimes it is a person who seems to need to be at the center of everything. Other times it is not a person at all, but a dynamic, a social media platform, a news story, an endless argument, or even our own repetitive thoughts.

All of them compete for the same resource.

Our Soma.

The problem is not giving attention.

We all need to be heard, understood, and accompanied at different moments in our lives.

The problem begins when attracting attention becomes an end in itself.

Some people constantly seek the attention of those around them, yet do nothing constructive with it. They do not use it to learn, create, solve problems, or grow.

They simply enjoy receiving it.

From the Vedic perspective, whatever we repeatedly nourish becomes stronger.

When we repeatedly respond to someone’s need for attention, we reinforce that pattern. They learn that this is how they feel seen, important, or fulfilled.

That does not support their evolution.

Withdrawing our attention, when appropriate, is not an act of rejection.

It is simply a way of no longer sustaining a dynamic that serves no one.

True compassion does not mean responding to every demand placed before us.

It means acting in ways that genuinely support growth.

Sometimes that means listening.

Sometimes it means staying present.

And sometimes it means quietly walking away.

Caring for Soma does not mean withholding our attention out of fear of losing it.

It means recognizing its value and offering it where it can truly support growth, both our own and that of others.

The Mechanics of Evolution

Beyond the mind, beyond conclusion, life unfolds through itself toward greater levels of integration, intelligence, and organized complexity.

Our physiology is no exception; it is part of that same evolutionary process. To what extent do we realize it?

The extent to which we perceive that movement reflects our state of consciousness.

When consciousness is limited by stress and conditioning, our perception is equally limited. As a result, situations begin to be experienced as problem, not necessarily because reality imposes them, but because our perspective is insufficient to integrate the context in which they occur.

As consciousness expands, so does perspective, and what once appeared to be an obstacle begins to find its place within a broader order.

The past exists as a reference, not a residence.

Relating to it in this way allows the intellect to assimilate experience without becoming trapped in the repetition of the same patterns.

When evolution ceases to be merely an idea and begins to be recognized through direct experience, what once seemed intangible becomes clear. Without forcing change, our actions cease to arise from conditioning and begin to align spontaneously with the natural movement of life.

Nature evolves by integrating an ever-greater number of simple elements into higher levels of organization.

Time provides the framework within which this process can unfold.

In this sense, evolution does not mean becoming more complicated, but increasing organized complexity: a state in which many simple parts function coherently as a whole.

As coherence deepens, everything becomes more sophisticated—not through complication, but through integration.

Evolution follows an intrinsic order.

As our capacity to perceive that order expands, our relationship with life becomes increasingly coherent.

What appears to be change is, in reality, the progressive recognition of the intelligence that organizes life.

Our inability to perceive evolution does not mean it is not taking place.

Nature continues to express that impulse regardless of our capacity to recognize it.

However, when our perception is limited, we tend to act in opposition to that movement. This misalignment creates friction, and that friction is what we experience as suffering. It is neither punishment nor cruelty, but rather a feedback mechanism through which nature points us toward a more coherent way of relating to life.

Expanding our perspective is not always easy.

This is precisely why the practice of Vedic Meditation is so valuable.

To transcend does not mean withdrawing from life, but establishing contact with the deepest level of our own consciousness.

Looking from above is, in reality, looking from within. As the nervous system settles into profound rest and consciousness expands, the one who perceives begins to change.

We cease to identify exclusively with circumstances, problems, or solutions, and begin to establish ourselves in our essential nature. From that state, we recognize more clearly the intelligence that organizes life and the intention underlying every experience.

When we no longer identify with the problem, evolution is no longer difficult to perceive.

Alternating the experience of daily activity with moments of transcendence allows consciousness to become progressively established in broader states of awareness.

Then coherence ceases to be the result of effort and becomes a natural consequence.

Right action arises spontaneously, in harmony with the evolutionary movement of nature.

Elegimos no mostrarnos, no decir nuestra verdad.

<div We look at the task, we measure the weight, we create a story about struggle and fate.

But maybe difficulty is not in the task. Maybe the weight we feel comes from the resistance within.

We know repetition makes things clear; what once felt difficult disappears. The hand learns. The mind releases. And suddenly, the struggle ceases.

But there is something deeper, something under, something beneath…

What about something completely new, something we’ve never learned to do, yet somehow feels easy from the start, like it was waiting in the heart?

How can that be?

What do we see?

Maybe there is a voice inside, a quiet thought we try to hide, conscious or not, rooted in the mind, telling us what we cannot find.

“I can’t do that.”

Because difficulty is not only the climb

. Not in the road, not in what we face, but in the resistance we create in its place.

Think about something you wanted to learn, something that made your curiosity burn.

You started without knowing the way. You made mistakes, but chose to stay. The mistakes were not proof that you failed; they were just steps on the path you unveiled. You accepted the process, you accepted the flow, you allowed yourself space to learn and grow. You even enjoyed “doing it wrong,” because you knew you still belonged. You were not trying to prove what you knew; you were discovering something new.

And that changes everything we see…

Maybe the problem is not the task we find, but the weight we create inside the mind.

This can be extended to the life we live, to every challenge that we receive. What if every problem we find is a treasure hidden inside the mind?

What would need to change inside you for the journey to feel enjoyable too? To do things easily, the key we find is being at ease with your own mind.

What does it mean to be at ease?

Maybe it means finally feeling peace. Not in a place, not in a home, but within yourself, where you belong.

Home is not a place.

It is a state of feeling safe.

Ease does not mean moving slow; a river can rush and still flow. It means removing the inner fight, the resistance blocking your light.

Your body is your first home, the place where your feelings are known. Everything you think is connected to what you feel, to the hidden experience that makes you real.

We are not machines, though sometimes we try to live only through the thoughts in our mind. Thought is often an echo inside, a reflection of feelings we try to hide.

When we force ourselves to think differently from what naturally arises, we often suppress something. We choose not to express something. We choose not to show ourselves. We choose, in some way, not to be ourselves.

And that is when difficulty appears.

When we do that, we send our body a message: that our feelings do not matter. That our true self does not matter.

Little by little, we drift away from our body, our truth, our own inner way. We start believing something is wrong, that we don’t belong where we belong.

But maybe the problem was never inside. Maybe we just moved too far from our own side.

Maybe ease is not something we achieve, but what remains when we finally release.

No vive apurada.

Guru Purnima

Under the full moon’s gentle light, we honor wisdom shining bright. Yet one of them holds a particularly deep meaning: Guru Purnima, the celebration of knowledge, of teachers, and of all that helps dispel darkness.

Why this full moon in particular?

Guru Purnima is always celebrated on the full moon (Purnima) of the month of Ashadha. Although in our calendar it usually falls between June and July, its exact date is determined by the lunar cycle.

The Vedic tradition recognizes that nature expresses itself through cycles. Just as the earth has its own seasons for sowing, growing, flowering, and bearing fruit, consciousness also has its own rhythms of growth and transformation.

Guru Purnima arrives when one of these cycles reaches its fullness. Just as the earth has moments of fertility, consciousness has its own moments of ripening as well.

Many times, we pause only when something forces us to stop: a loss, an unexpected change, a crisis, or exhaustion. Only then do we slow down, turn inward, and discover what life was trying to teach us.

Guru Purnima offers us another possibility.

We can also choose to pause consciously — a pause born from gratitude, celebration, and the desire to live with greater awareness.

Nature teaches us this constantly. It does not hurry. It expands and contracts, blossoms and rests, bears fruit and returns to seed. Its cycles contain movement, but they also contain stillness. And it is precisely in that stillness that what will one day bring new life begins to mature.

This is the invitation of this celebration.

To pause and give thanks. To recognize the journey we have traveled. To honor the people, experiences, and circumstances that have shaped and transformed us. To make space for everything we have lived through , both the luminous moments and the challenging ones, so that they may become understanding and wisdom.

Because knowledge is not simply the accumulation of experiences; it is the willingness to allow those experiences to transform us. Every lesson we truly integrate expands the way we understand life. Where we once reacted from habit, a new possibility to choose begins to emerge. Where there was once confusion, clarity begins to arise.

And this silent transformation is perhaps one of the deepest forms of evolution.

Only then does it make sense to turn our gaze toward the future.

When the past finds its place, our intentions take on a new shape. They become clearer, more authentic, and more aligned with who we are. They no longer arise from old patterns or unfinished lessons, but from a consciousness that has taken the time to understand, integrate, and grow.

Perhaps this is why this full moon is considered an especially fertile moment. Not because something magical is happening in the sky, but because an intention planted from a more integrated consciousness has deeper roots. And everything with deep roots has a greater potential to blossom.

Guru Purnima is also known as Vyasa Purnima, in honor of the great sage Veda Vyasa, who, according to tradition, collected, organized, and transmitted Vedic knowledge so it could be preserved through time. This full moon is associated with the beginning of the systematic transmission of this wisdom by Veda Vyasa.

Since then, this day has celebrated much more than the figure of a teacher. It celebrates knowledge that is shared, learning that transforms, and the light of wisdom that passes from one generation to another.

On this night, we gather to meditate, celebrate, and give thanks. To the teachers who guided us, to the teachings that awakened something within us, and also to the experiences that, even when we did not choose them, ultimately revealed a path.

Because a guru is not only a person.

Guru is everything that dispels darkness.

It can take the form of a teacher, a book, a conversation, a moment of silence, a challenge, or an encounter. Everything that helps us see with greater clarity fulfills the role of a guru.

Ella no “imagina”, no “ilusiona”, no pelea, no sabotea.

As the nervous system goes, so the mind flows.

Feeling, thinking, speaking, acting Our mind does not know how to create a mood from an abstract basis.
It colors according to what it senses.
It responds faithfully to what it can see,
It does not imagine, does not fight, does not deceive, nor flee.

A sophisticated machine, crafting high-gamma designs,
A modeler of reality, precise in its lines.

And then, what drives it? What makes it rise?
Here comes the hero we’ve neglected, the wise.
Our nervous system reigns, and the mind reflects.
It sketches, it seasons, it builds and directs.
It quickens the pulse, lets chaos unfold,
Shifts frequencies, and breaks what we hold.

And then we find the incoherence, hidden from our eyes,
The Queen of Cups at her fullest, the one we idolize.

Feeling, thinking, speaking, acting — not simply for authenticity,
This order exists, a chain of facts, a subtle complexity.

Feeling first, the nervous system’s call,
We normalize the peaks, until we fall.
While the mind tries to save, to guide, to frame,
Modeling a state to seize the flame.

Our nervous system, the wiring of the brain,
Needs calm, clarity, to restore its golden flame.
Caring for it is to quiet, to rest,
To let its brilliance shine at its best.

Nivar Tatvam. mind moves horizontally.

One thought awakens another. An image calls forth a memory, a memory opens a question, and a question creates a search. Sometimes the mind returns to what has been lived; other times it projects itself toward what may happen. It plans, anticipates, imagines scenarios, reviews possibilities, and also worries.

Mental activity flows by weaving together patterns, associations, and meanings, like a dynamic current that keeps moving without stopping.

The mind follows familiar pathways: it remembers, compares, interprets, and projects. It moves from thought to thought, from experience to experience, between what was and what could be, within the constant movement of everyday life.

Nivar Tatvam invites us into another kind of movement.

Not only to continue along this familiar path, but to shift direction.

A vertical movement.

A leap beyond the usual sequence of thoughts, toward a deeper dimension where we can perceive that which sustains all movement.

Because transcending does not mean leaving life behind.

It means returning to it with more space, more presence, and a renewed vision.

Sanskrit is considered the first child of the language of nature. Its words are not only meaning: they are sound, they are vibration, they are the seeds of manifestation.

From this perspective, before any manifestation there is a subtle intention, a silent impulse that begins to move. First as vibration, then as sound, and finally as a more tangible expression in the world.

Just as an idea exists before becoming a word, or a seed silently holds the possibility of a tree, each word carries an energy and a quality that can be awakened.

That is why, every time we pronounce, think, or feel these words, we come into contact with the quality they evoke.

Nivar Tatvam is not only a phrase. It is a vibration that reminds us of the movement of going beyond where we are, and returning with a wider vision of ourselves.

Nivar Tatvam is one of those seeds.

A vibration that reminds us of the possibility of moving toward where we are not yet. Of opening a door we did not know existed. Of moving beyond our usual limits to discover a new dimension of ourselves.

And when we feel that something has become stuck, when energy seems blocked or life loses its natural flow, Nivar Tatvam speaks again:

Go toward where you are not yet.

Not as an escape.

As an expansion.

Vedic meditation is a simple, powerful, and beautiful technique to train this ability — to awaken this movement naturally.

During meditation, attention turns back toward itself. Thoughts begin to settle naturally, and the activity of the mind softens. We enter a silent and timeless space, a depth where the source reveals itself.

But the journey does not end there.

Then we return.

We return to our relationships, our projects, our conversations, our challenges, and the simple beauty of each day.

That return is also part of the transformation.

Because it is in the dance between the absolute and the relative that expansion takes place. Stillness nourishes movement. Movement expresses stillness. The source meets form, and form reminds us of the source.

We meditate and we return.

We dive within and we emerge.

We move beyond what is known, only to return seeing more.

And in this delicate coming and going, something within us becomes ordered, opens, and blossoms.

Nivar Tatvam is an invitation into this eternal movement.

To go beyond where we are.

To return with more of ourselves.

To discover that what we were searching for outside was also quietly alive in us.

Natural Intelligence: The Art of Re-Cognition.

Re-Cognize. What if it is re-cognition, re-cognizing, cognizing again and again? The ability to see what repeats itself, to grasp recurring regularities, is the hallmark of a truly lucid mind. Someone who lacks this capacity lives in a state of constant surprise: “What? What? What?” They turn on the faucet, water comes out, and they react as though it were something extraordinary, when, in fact, it has been happening all along. They simply never noticed the pattern.

But there are ever larger patterns. Everything is cyclical: small cycles nested within larger ones, themselves contained within larger cycles still. Absolutely everything follows this logic.

Whenever someone says, “Well, that’s it, this is the end,” they are far from wisdom. No truly wise person would make such a claim, because reality, in its deepest nature, is cyclical.

To develop this recognition of patterns, we need a fundamental ability: the capacity to move closer to and farther away from context at will. To think in spans of ten years, one hundred, one thousand, or even billions. For the entire universe is organized through cyclical patterns: from atoms to galaxies, everything spins, everything orbits, everything unfolds in spirals.

Deep down, everything is the same. It only appears otherwise because our frame of reference is too narrow.

Now, if what we seek is enjoyment, we cannot live permanently from such an immense perspective. One cannot inhabit a timescale of billions of years all the time, because then the ordinary loses its meaning. To enjoy life, one must focus on what is near, on what is immediate. But that comes at a cost: context is lost.

And that cost is interesting because it is a “usable” cost. Like paying for a plane ticket: yes, it costs something, but it allows you to fly. The same happens here. The cost of zooming in is that it feels as though you no longer know what is going to happen. You lose the broader view.

So perhaps the secret of life can be stated like this: to develop the ability to become deliberately ignorant from time to time, in order to make surprise possible.

For if you know everything, there can be no surprise, and without surprise, everything becomes tedious. But if everything is a surprise, experience itself becomes unbearable. The key lies in balance.

In Sanskrit, this phenomenon is called “avidya”. “Vidya” means knowledge; “a-vidya”, therefore, means “non-knowledge”. But this is not the clumsy ignorance of someone who simply does not know. It is a chosen, functional ignorance.

Wise people are not those who live permanently in a state of total understanding, but those who have mastery over context. They can expand it or contract it at will. They can enter a narrow frame and, for a while, not know what lies beyond it, simply to make experience possible.

Think of it this way: you are watching a movie for the first time. You are intrigued, full of anticipation, and sitting beside you is someone who already knows everything and keeps telling you what will happen next. The experience is completely ruined. The story no longer has the chance to unfold.

Life is much the same. That simple attitude of “I don’t know, let’s see what happens” is essential. It is what turns life into a story.

Learning to live means precisely this: moving from not knowing to knowing. That passage, that gradual unfolding step by step, is what constructs the narrative.

For this reason, the most interesting idea is not knowledge itself, but the ability to regulate ignorance, to manage that inner dial: how much you know and how much you do not, according to what the situation calls for.

If everything were surprising, life would be chaotic. If nothing were surprising, it would be boring. So the question is: what is your right measure of context? What we need is the ability to move gracefully between different levels of understanding.

There is another key concept here: what we might call the “theater of elevation”. Life follows a recurring structure: there is an initial state, that state collapses, and then a new, higher one emerges. And this repeats itself.

State → Collapse → Ascent → New State → New Collapse → New Ascent

Viewed in more abstract terms, it resembles a curve that, despite its ups and downs, trends upward. A progression.

Everything, at some level, is moving toward elevation.

The question is whether it is useful to see this all the time. The answer is: not necessarily. For if you are always seeing the complete pattern, the story loses its intensity. But when experience becomes too heavy, expanding your context can bring relief.

There is also something profoundly human in all of this: we need a certain degree of ignorance in order to be lovable. If you know everything, no one can contribute anything to you. No one can help you. You become self-sufficient in a way that erases relationship itself.

And without the possibility of exchange, there is no relationship. And without relationship, experience loses its depth.

Therefore, even as one acquires knowledge, it is important not to become a know-it-all. Every now and then, it is worth narrowing the frame again, returning to *“I don’t know,”* and inhabiting that space.

The balance between knowing and not knowing is not fixed. It changes with every situation. It is movement. It is oscillation.

And here the idea of “dharma” appears: it is not about always being someone who knows everything, nor someone who knows nothing. It is about knowing how to move intelligently between those two poles.

Ultimately, for there to be a story, there must be something we do not know. For if everything were revealed from the very beginning, no narrative would be possible.

Inteligencia Natural: el arte del Re-Conocimiento

Un poquito más que conocimiento... conocimiento? Y si es re-conocimiento… ?

Si no hubiera ninguna, sería aburrido.

Meditating doesn’t mean blanking the mind,
it doesn’t have to be hard, or one of a kind.
It’s not for “just a few” who reach some sacred state,
nor just to calm us down or ease a heavy weight.

And I could go on... These definitions are simply a flawed translation,
of what is, in truth, a deeper realization.
To meditate is a daily mental cleanse,
just like oral care—routine that never ends.

Vedic meditation is a powerful art,
effortless, natural, and deep from the start.
It awakens the body’s own inner light,
and lets the nervous system return to what's right.

With this technique, a new state will arise—
for the first time, we transcend the mind and its ties.
What is transcendence? It’s going beyond.
Beyond what? Beyond the mental bond.

It’s stepping into a reality redefined,
a state of bliss, expanded mind.
Where the nervous system rests and flows,
and the inner party glows and grows.

Chemistry dances in perfect delight—
your body sings, your soul feels light.
Meditating lets us feel, direct and vast,
a spectrum of life not tied to the past.

As body and mind are bathed in grace,
a new kind of joy begins to take place.
It starts a path of infinite chance,
with new ways to move, respond, and dance.

A catalogue of choices, bold and rare—
you’ll act in ways beyond compare.
No one needs to tell you, you won’t need to believe.
You’ll simply know it— and never want to leave.
